Quick SCE question

Anybody remember which SCE novella it is, in which Captain Gold calls somebody a "momser"? (The usual Romanization of the word, by the way, is mamzer, in case anybody doesn't already know.) And which hardcopy volume it's in?

Never even thought of trying Memory Beta (much less trying other spelling variants there). Thanks.

I will say, though, that Memory Beta's definition falls a little short of just how deeply insulting a word it is; while not precisely equivalent to "bastard" in the literal sense, in a non-literal sense, it's sort of like "bastard" on steroids.

Finished The Art of the Deal this morning. Gold does call Portlyn a mamzer, but not speaking out loud to anybody.

My own recollection was different; it was of a conversation between Captain Gold and his wife, in which he called somebody a mamzer.

The term does come up in the novella, Creative Couplings. It even comes up in a conversation between Gold and his wife. But here, he's asking her if he was himself being a "momzer."
