Uh none? Maybe User Interface comes close, but that isn't in your list... I'd say " lcars is to star trek as a GUI is to real life".

Windows, in the sense that LCARS is probably closest to an operating system. The name at least implies that it's more than just a GUI, it's a data retrieval 'system' - that suggests an equivalent of an OS to me.

Library Computer Access Retrieval System, so you could argue it's an OS (Retrieval System) or akin to a wikipedia (Library) and I assume it's hooked up to a subspace network, I cannot remember where I heard this but am sure it's cannon, so that is akin to an internet.

I'm sure that it's not really comparable to any of our computer technology, and could be a number of the above!
