Questions about the CFL

1) Do they know yet what the new Ottawa team will be called? Are they restoring the 'Renegades' name?

2) IIRC, the Ottawa team is the only one coming in the expansion. So then the CFL will have 9 teams. How can they have an odd number of teams? Or is this only a problem in a sport like baseball, which has games every day?

I have never understood why they can't put a team in Halifax, there seems to be a population there?

Population sure, but from what I understand, there are no stadiums of sufficient size for CFL requirements in Atlantic Canada. The closest is Moncton where they've hosted regular season games in the past, but even then, they had to expand the stadium beyond it's usual capacity.
