Question on Spock's Brain

Just watching this episode just now and I swear to God the phrase "Spock's brain must've been said about 50 or so in the whole episode, it was like Spock's brain this, Spock's brain that. Does anyone know of the actual number of times this must've been said and is it the only episode in the whole Trek series where an episode title is repeatedly mentioned?

I know that Kirk used the phrase "Doomsday machine" at least twice during that episode, but not as much as "Spock's Brain!" (I think the episode title works better with an exclamation point ).

How many times did they use the word "empath" in "The Empath"?

TNG's "Tin Man" had the phrase repeated several times, I think.

Let's see, off the top of my head. "Doomsday Machine", "For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky", "Squire of Gothos", "Shore Leave", "Court Martial", "Obsession". That's enough, I'm getting tired.

Most of them were mentioned only once in the ep.

The word "brain" appears in dialogue 36 times, 14 of those with "Spock's" immediately preceding it.

By my count, anyway.
