Question about the USS Reliant

It probably used the one on the lower sensor dome at the bottom of the saucer. It was the only one that was visible.

The model had a variety of features peeking forward. For example, the deflectors might be the grey quarter-domes that on the Reliant are on the sloping wall where the hull upper surface goes from saucer to box; identical domes surround the blue dish of the Enterprise. Fandom has these domes as sensors of some sort, but they could just as well be the deflectors on both ships, with the blue dish of the Enterprise actually a sensor.

The Reliant also has two things looking like inverted ski jumps on the underside of the aft hull. The forward ends of those might be the deflectors.

And yes, the lower dome of both the ships in ST2:TWoK was surrounded by four boxlike things. The forward-pointing one of those could well have been a navigational deflector (the main one on the Reliant, perhaps, while a mere auxiliary on the Enterprise). I mean, it would be rather absurd to have those boxes only serve as cowlings for the pennant-illuminating lights, which is what they really did on the models. In Trek reality, they probably housed much more exciting functions.

That is how I have always envisioned it; even more likely that the main navigational deflector and main sensor dish work in tandem to some degree on Enterprise. Also, the Reliant has another one of those quarter dome things on top of the torpedo housing. Given that the Enterprise had three surrounding the dish and Reliant had three, (possibly for triangulation purposes) this helps reinforce that theory in my perception.
