Question about Supernatural

EDITED TO ADD - I am asking this question as a person who has only seen to the end of the 4th season. Please try not to give anything of the 5th season away to me.

After reading a thread in Misc I though of this question

What would happened in an episode of Supernatural if the following happened

Person A dies

His family donate his organs to person B, C and D

Person A isn't ready for death and ends up becoming an angry spirit

Sam and Dean decide they have to salt and burn the remains of the angry spirit.

In some episodes all that has remained of the remains of the angry spirit was a lock of hair or a few skin cells but what would happen if it was organ that had been donated that kept the ghost around?

I suspect we'd have a possession on our hands.

So you think that the ghost would possess anyone who had received an organ, i.e. multiple people would be possessed, similar to what happened in the episode After School Special?

Still leaves the question about how to get rid of the ghost open.

I would think the only way would be to remove the organ and burn it or kill the host. Rather a grim proposition either way. I think the ghost as a single entity could only possess one recipient at a time.

Then again, maybe not. The ghost in Afterschool Special was atypical. Usually ghosts are associated with an area or place where they manifest without possessing a human body. Only demons possess.
