question about IE

I'm using IE, but when I hover over a link, it's supposed to change my cursor into a finger. It seems instead to blink from finger to arrow and eventually stays an arrow.

Does it do this on all sites or just particular ones?

If it's all sites, you probably have some kind of spyware infestation that's dicking with your browser activity.
