I've always been a fan of the old Repton games for the BBC Micro. Very challenging, more than your average Boulderdash clone. Hardly been able to complete them.
I actually saw that at Target the other day when I got BJ2, but didn't buy it. Think I should reconsider? I also haven't decided about Bejeweled Twist.
I bought Bejeweled Twist tonight, thinking for some reason it was a dual platform program (Macs + PCs), but it's PC only. Plants vs. Zombies is however, IIRC, dual platform I think? I wonder if it'd be worth an exchange.
Okay, I have an oddball question (and one that hopefully won't earn me a lot of scorn ). I rarely look up cheats for anything, but I've observed that most of the cheats developed for Bejeweled 2 work on both PC and Mac (which makes sense since the program is formatted for either), yet one in particular (that of "speeding up" Endless mode) doesn't seem to work on Mac. Is that a software difference, or am I just not doing it correctly?
I'm only interested because I enjoy Endless mode, but it takes a ridiculously long time to reach the point where it can unlock other game modes.
