Robbing Hood

A lawyer for the late millionaire, Gustav Hoffer, suspects his client's death was not part of a robbery gone wrong as was reported, but rather murder. He hires Emerson Cod and Ned to find if it was a latter-day Robin Hood or his much-younger money grubbing widow who offed him. Meanwhile, Lily fumes as the suspicious Dwight Dixon begins romancing clueless Vivian.

Darn it! I'll be driving all night tonight and won't be able to see this one. At least the DVR will get it, though.

I expect the ratings for this episode to be horrible. Who the hell SHOWS a new episode on the day before THANKSGIVING?

I really loved this ep. :)

So many funny bits (Ned in the trophy room, stress baking, Olive as Ivana Trump/Eva Gabor from Green Acres), great casting (Jennifer Elise Cox aka Jan Brady as the ditzy widow, more Stephen Root goodness). I loved the bits between Root and the Aunts. And I can't wait to find out what Ned and Chuck found at the end!

Sigh. It seems that with last week and this week's eps, the season has finally found its footing and is moving full steam ahead and so soon it will be gone. :(

I loved this ep too. I'm going to miss the characters, but I'm glad they are moving towards some sort of resolution.

One nitpick...I thought Ned and Chuck couldn't touch at all, even a brush up and back to the netherworld for her. Or is it that she can't come into contact with his hands?

It appears to be a skin contact sort of thing.

That sucks PD couldn't even beat that Rosie-crap-fest.:(

Anytime Rosie wants attention, she stirs up s*it about her time from the View or Donald Trump. I predict that ratings for her show will drop like a stone in a lake.

I suppose that even though the numbers didn't increase hugely this week they didn't decline either. That's something good, at least.

^^There may be an increase once the final totals are tabulated, and the dvr stats are added, which wil take a few days...
But as Capt Piett offered, at least they didn't go down. I was kinda hoping the Knight Rider audience would migrate to Daisies, but it looks like they found something else entirely to watch.

Excellent. Dammit, why do they have to be putting together a good plot arc now? They needed to do this at the beginning of the season! The lack of a coherent storyline was what killed the ratings - people were getting bored.
Olive as Ivana Trump/Eva Gabor from Green Acres

One of the funniest things I've seen on this show ever. :bolian:
