No, I'm afraid not. All we know about the ships from the last movie are the overal lengths of the Enterprise (725m) and the Kelvin (457m) from the Bluray "Starships" feature.
A few other statistics slightly different for the Enterprise were available on the now-defunct "Experience the Enterprise" virtual tour site in 2009:
Mass: 495,000 metric tonnes
Overall length: 2500 feet
Saucer diameter: 1100 feet
Ship height: 625 feet
Crew complement: 1100
Shuttle compliment: 16 short range shuttlecraft
Warp nacelle type: Leeding FWG-1
Tobias Richter has made an amazing CG model, supposedly he's studied the actual CG model from the movie. Orthographic views HERE.
