Good for them. Well earned.
I'd give all the money I have if Kathleen Kennedy got up to the lectern and personally thanked Flying Spaghetti Monster for all his negative energy which fueled her career creatively and provided her with the determination to carry on through the rough times. 
Well deserved for both. Kennedy has taken a lot of crap because of Star Wars, but she's really produced an incredible body of work.
