Prank Image creation ?

I am looking to create one of those prank photo's that say touch this and the photo changes to a prank like a person falling on their face etc .
I believe they're called a " Whatsapp Prank IMAGE", does anyone know how to do this?
( I hope I asked in the right forum?)
