Hello all. Years ago, I was interested in two things; writing and comic books. So, I tried to combine them by joining a fanfiction community called Ultimate DC, where writers would recreate DC characters in a scaled down, cohesive universe. I did that for a while, until some drama went down and it stopped being fun. Anyways, I do miss the community of ideas and I've always enjoyed writing.
So, to the point... I was wondering if people here would be interested in forming a similar community. Now, the Star Trek Universe is a bit different than a comic book universe. There is a lot more scope. What happens with one group of people will ultimately have a lot more effect on what happens on another group of people. One story line wouldn't be able to go to war with the Klingons or something like that without it effecting every other story line.
That being said, I think it's possible. It may take a little bit of planning and dedication, but I think we can have some fun with this. Let me know!
