    Just in time for Christmas, baby!!! My brother always gets me a DVD for my birthday and Christmas: I already told him I expect a Star Trek DVD under my tree!

    The movie hasn't even been released in theatres and they've already announced its blu-ray and presumably DVD release date? Huh? The fuck is this?

    To be honest, Thanksgiving was what I was expecting and/or hoping for. I assume the regular DVD would be released on that date as well.

    Oh fooey. I was hoping they'd release it on September 8th to coincide with the 43rd anniversary of Star Trek's premiere on NBC. Oh well... it's a foregone conclusion I'll buy it whenever it comes out on Blu-Ray! :cool:

    They haven't announced anything at all about this film on Blu-Ray. The November date was purely hypothetical. Notice the use of the word "Imagine"?

    If the Blu-ray/DVD are to be released on Tuesday November 17

    -when will the Video-on-demand be available on major cable/Internet providers Comcast/TimeWarner/RCN/AT&T U-Verse/Verizon Fios of STXI?

    -when will the Apple iTunes Store HD version of the movie be available for download?

    -when will the XBOX Live Store and Playstation Network Store have the film available for download in HD?

    Any rumours with sources?
