Porting old DOS games to iOS?

'Day of the Tentacle' has recently been remastered beautifully and released again after 20 years on iOS.

Is there any chance that this could eventually happen with games such as 'A Final Unity', 'Judgement Rights' and 25th Anniversary'? Imagine these fantastic games lovingly updated with high resolution graphics such as has happened with 'Day of the Tentacle'! The technology is here to do it and I am sure that these updated games would be just as playable to a modern audience if aesthetically updated, possibly with the option to switch between original graphics and remastered.

Day of the Tentacle uses Scumm which probably cut the price for the job by half, the other Trek games you mention had custom game engines & libraries so switching modes isn't an option for those engines.
Creating a compatible or dual save game state for a new remastered game engine to use would be a better option especially if you planned to throw in a dosbox version of the original like gog.com releases.

have you tried installing iDos? That "should" work and make them playable.

I got all the star trek games running on my android phone and tablet; 25th anniversary, judgement rites, a final unity etc...
