Sara Mornell for me - she *really* caught my eye when I first saw "Starship Down." It wasn't an easy choice though - Brickhouse was a very close second and both Penny Johnson and Susan Gibney look amazing in their fourth season roles.

I voted for Susan Gibney. She looked more beautiful in the Starfleet uniform than she did in her civilian clothes in TNG. :thumbsup:

Note to future Star Trek producers/writers. Star Trek actresses look better in Starfleet uniforms than catsuits!

There was nothing wrong with Kira's Militia uniform, but Nana Visitor in a Starfleet uniform in the final arc.... And who can forget Dax in the TOS uniform in Trials and Tribble-ations!
