Christine Harnos has always been a favorite of mine, but I have to vote for the striking and intriguing Musetta Vander (who was also the star of the coolest Skittles® commercial, ever and was one of the Sirens who tried to distract Everett, Delmar and Pete in O, Brother Where Art Thou?, so she gets extra Cool Points.)
