What about others episodes? I think season 4 is a true "mine" of plot holes.
Cold Front: the whole thing is a swiss cheese, truly difficult to find something logical there, but I find all Silik business is just plain silly (how did he get to Enterprise in first place?)
Forge: why on Earth should they fabricate a false attempt on Earth ambassy in order to get rid of Syrannits? It only caused them troubles, attired attention of humans, so they needed to get rid of them in order to get rid of Syrrannits...
Divergence: Archer beams himself down ALONE to save Phlox? And where are MACOs, watching "Guns of Navarona"?
