Please help me come up with some technobabble

In our ttrpg campaign we are currently traveling through alternate universes Sliders-style and I would like my scientist character to modify her cellphone to work in any universe that has cellular tech. This is something she should have the capability of doing as long as I provide a semi-convincing technobabble explanation. Can this community please help?

Don't forget to reverse the polarity on [insert device name here].

And to divert all available power to the proton matrix before you get a cascade failure.

All I know is that if the word 'quantum' isn't part of the solution then it won't work.

I think you need "quantum cascade" in there somewhere like "quantum cascade failure" from Stargate. Perhaps "the transceiver has been adjusted to compensate for quantum cascade flux".

The cellphone has doubtless been enhanced with a quantum transceiver to enable it to ignore the chronometric variance that comes from switching universes.

Obviously.

Don't forget the occasional phase variance mention, and maybe quantum frequency reading to determine which universe something is from, and quantum dating to tell if it's from the future.

It's easy really. This cellphone can scan the frequencies much like the scanner on your radio can scan for the strongest radio frequencies. It will simply lock-on to the strongest signal you come across in any universe. Voila!
