Sort of a "Thanksgiving" classic in shallow pool of movies that includes, probably only damped at being a "family classic" or essential by the profanity-filled rant at the auto rental counter (which is a great little scene) but just overall a fun movie and you can't go wrong with Steve Martin and John Candy.
Seeing something of a "surge" of support from people with a "release the Hughs Cut" hashtag going around as there's a number of filmed, but removed, scenes that'd add a little bit more the story, put some more antics in the adventure and fill in some minor plot holes and head scratchers.
What's every one else's feelings on this movie?
