Pine Meets Shatner: A Face Morphing Pic

Dale

Vice Admiral

This thread in Miscellaneous features pics of faces made by combining two people's faces with an online morphing program (link in first post).

I thought the one I made might be of interest over here.

William Shatner and Chris Pine:

EDIT: I apologize to anyone suckered in by the thread title who may have thought it described an actual meeting.

I can't put a name to him but that does actually look like an actual actor, maybe one from the 70's and 80's era of TV and film. I can see his face (or it could be no one) but I just can't get his name or anything he might have been in.

Can you show/link original photos you used for morphing? Just wondering that what age was Shatner on picture you used.

George Peppard ("The A-Team") popped into my mind.

That's good. A young George Peppard. Or even a young James Colburn, before he got all wrinkly.

I didn't choose them specifically... the program includes a bunch of celebrity pics to play with.

Which tells me they've done a fine job of recasting Kirk, at least visually speaking. That is a very interesting image.

That is one weird site. I just morphed together 32 seperate faces, most of them from politicans and celebrities I'm not the biggest fans of, but I also threw in a skull, Munch's Scream, and a monkey for good measure.

The end result was a bland, slightly effeminate pretty Caucasian male you wouldn't give a second look at walking by you. You'd never guess that Michael Jackson and Adolf Hitler were in there.
