Plus, I'm likely to go power mad and start giving illegal orders to my crew, so it is best that I have someone able to undermine me should such an eventuality occur. Plus, she could beat me up, which would keep me on my toes.

I'd pick Nerys, too. She would counterbalance my occasional lack of emotionality and presumably overcautious, by-the-book approach.

One condition, though: Permanent Starfleet commission. I can't stress this point enough - Kira looks hot in a command division uniform

Spock by a wide margin. Kira is the other good character on that list, but she'd be much better off in a different role, something to do with security or ass-kicking. She was Sisko's first officer for political reasons only.
