Picard audio problems on Paramount+?

I'm rewatching S1 on Paramount+, and have noticed that I have to turn the TV volume to maximum in order to hear it (and even then it's very soft). This doesn't happen with any other show on the service. The audio on Lower Decks was fine, I watched some TNG episodes over the weekend without a problem, and am also binging The Stand (no issues).

Is anyone else having this problem? It seems weird that only Picard is affected. I guess I'll try emailing Paramount+ tech support to see if they can explain.

I remember occasionally having weird issues with the audio and video going out of sync when I initially watched some PIC eps (basically the audio in a scene would continue while the video would jump back 5 or 10 minutes in the episode and replay, making the dialogue less sensible). It seldom happened and I haven't tried a rewatch, so I don't know what to suggest. I don't recall any such issue with DIS.
