The odd thing is before the show debuted the writers and producers talked about all the different Klingon Houses. Suggesting a huge diversity in the Empire. That Starfleet and the audience is only aware of a small segment of it. That very well maybe still be revealed but we got nothing so far. I figured there would be teases of the other Houses. It goes beyond design but differences of opinions too.
