I guess they could always have put a gun in his mouth . . .
*BOO HOO* Spector has a legacy of violence and abusive and DANGEROUS behavior going back decades. The fact is that if he' "manned" up and admitted (or claimed) they were playing GAMES with the gun and the killing was an accident he wouldn't be serving the sentence he is. Instead, he killed someone and tried to make the dead person take the fall. Only two people were in the room and one is dead. Spector could have easily claimed she was a willing participant in a domination game using the gun as a prop and neither knew it was loaded--a terrible accident. I doubt that is anywhere near the truth--I believe Spector was a monster. I just cite is as an example of how his determination to waiver himself of ANY responsiblity for an act he was clearly to blame for came back to bite him. He's lucky this didn't happen 20 years earlier.
