Peter Petrelli vs. Shane Walsh on LA Noir

Temis the Vorta

Good lord, I hope he loses that stupid goatee before filming starts. This isn't the Mirror Universe, Milo.
In his first cable series gig, former Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia is set to star in Frank Darabont’s TNT drama pilot L.A. Noir, a fast-paced crime drama set in Los Angeles during the 1940s and ’50s. He is expected to join The Walking Dead alum Jon Bernthal, who has been in negotiations for another lead.

...

Ventimiglia will play Ned Stax, a former marine who served with Joe Teague (Bernthal) during WWII, now a budding lawyer groomed to be a master “fixer” for the mob.
I figure this belongs here because of the genre connections. Milo as a slick mob lawyer...? Eh, I guess I can see that. As far as I can tell, the lead characters aren't necessarily adversaries, I just liked the notion of a smackdown between those two. :rommie:

PS, this doesn't constitute a spoiler for The Walking Dead. John Bernthal could do both series, since they're both shorter cable seasons, so Shane might yet live to do battle with the shambling hordes, his fellow survivors, and himself, not necessarily in that order. :bolian:
