Pet peeve of mine . . .

calling Star Trek (2009) nuTrek or JJTrek or whatever was silly, but understandable . . .
with the twelfth movie upcoming we can't call it nuTrek II or JJTrek II . . . that's just plain stupid
like . . . we'd have to start calling TMP or FC "wiseTrek" or "frakesTrek"

it's either going to be some abbreviation of the subtitle (whatever that may be) or ST12 or STXII
by all means continue calling it nuJJ whatever . . . I'll continue to think you're stupid

same thing goes for JJprise . . . makes me cringe like nails on a chalkboard. It's the Enterprise for crying out loud . . .

now if that wasn't a TREKKIE rant I don't know what is
