Holy Crap, I just noticed something. At the end of the teaser for 11001001, Wesley & Riker are observing the Binars, & Riker exits, saying to Wesley "You have the bridge". That means Wesley is officially in command?

I remember that, too. I didn't add it to the list because Picard, Riker, and Data were all still aboard. Granted, all were basically off-duty, but considering the ship was offline and docked for the overhaul, I didn't count it.

I'm not of the mind that keeping the captain's seat warm during the nightshift qualifies as being "in command." If anything of note came about, they would have called up the big guns.
