Is pegging an attack on masculinity?
Do women take pleasure in the act?

I know I do.

Aw, I took part in the vote that led to this act being called pegging! Many years back, when I was but an innocent teenager, most of my knowledge of sex came from reading the Savage Love column in The Stranger, Seattle's best newspaper, of which Dan Savage is the editor. He asked readers for suggestions of what to call this particular sex-act, and several came in, followed by a vote.

This is, of course, also how the term santorum came to be.

I have no idea what pegging is and after reading some of the posts in this thread, I don't think I'll be Googling it!

I wish curiosity hadn't gotten the best of me. It's really nasty. Sometimes I wish Urban Dictionary never existed.

I know that feeling.

anyways just saw this

reminded me of this thread.

I'm not a fan of it, personally, since I don't like having anything inserted anally. That harkens back to my childhood, we used to have one of those old-fashioned medical thermometers which were inserted anally, and I remember it hurting as hell when I was ill and my mother took my temperature. Therefore, I associate the feeling of an anal insertion with pain, being ill, and my mother. And neither of these associations turn me on sexually.

But I wouldn't call pegging an attack on masculinity, either. Why would it be?! Is that suggesting that male homosexuality also is an attack on masculinity? Because that would not just be ridiculous, but offensive, too.
