Parody book due soon: "Star Trek: The Next Generation: Warped"

I preordered it from my local bookstore last month, and it arrived on Tuesday, the release date. So far I have only read the Author's Note and skimmed the rest of it. Looks very good, and funny! Can't wait to actually read it!

In fact, after I saw this book on the Amazon homepage under "New for you", I finally got around to starting this thread that I had been meaning to for awhile.

(Actually, when I first saw it, my thoughts were "Warped? New?!? That's been around for Years!?!":wtf: Of course, I had to figure out what was up with that, and I'm glad I did.)

It does look funny. I followed that stream on Twitter for a while. I admire writers who can pull off humor in 140 or fewer characters - no easy feat!

I got my copy last week and breezed through it. I absolutely loved it! Mr. McMahon has outdone himself in compiling this book. Memorable moments include Wesley's Return in the first episode, and the time he mixed the DNA of Spot with a tribble. Favorite "episode" though was a Q one called Barclay's Day. The less I say about that one without spoiling it the better One of the ones I would have loved to see made into an actual episode
