parks and recreation is back!

So far I'm finding the second season to be quite the leap in terms of funniness and, well, pure likability from the first season.

also: hilarious to see poehler and will arnett as a couple on screen again... i wonder if that was a deliberate reference to them being married on arrested development?

Haven't seen the recent episode yet, but I'm so mad right now that the Olympics, Parks and Rec and 30 Rock are on NBC. If they weren't, I wouldn't have a reason to watch NBC because of the practices they've been doing lately. Still though, these shows are on and I'll watch.

Even though I liked the first season, the second season the series has really come in to it's own. Every episode has been great, and I'm looking forward to seeing the one from Thursday, as well as the hour block of 30 rock.

I think the show is very cute, so I'm hoping it's not canceled! It probably will be though. Actually with NBC suddenly having to fill out the 10 pm time slot can they afford to cancel ANYTHING?

Good to hear. Catching up with it on TV here in Australia. It is in probably my favourite 1 1/2 hour blocks of TV with 30 Rock, then P&R, followed by It's Always Sunny in Philly.

I saw the Will Arnett episode of Parks and Rec. That was hilarious. Just knowing that Poehler and Arnett are married in real life really made those scenes all that much better. Is the 4 minute extended cut worth it because I saw this On Demand so it must of been the regular version.

why is the guy always cast as the jerk? hehe
