Paranormal State: Controversies

I watched an episode of Paranormal State and they had this extremely unlikely device that allows a spirit to talk to the team. It was called an Ovulus(I believe I spelled it correctly). They ask questions and this computer generated sounding voice answers. It supposedly keys off of EMF, ELF, etc(like the motion sensor keying off of micro changes in air density-like Ripley says, "Bullshit"). It made me curious so I tried to look it up on Wikipedia and was unable to find it, so I looked at the Paranormal State page on wikipedia. There was no mention of it there either.

Towards the bottom there is this entry that mentions controversies. They mention an incident where they visited this poor helpless home owner, troubled by her spirits. The problem was, it was one of the women from Ghost Hunters International, Shannon Sylvia. She supposedly had been into paranormal investigations for quite awhile according to the bio for GHI. I mentioned it as a problem for the show when the incident first occured. I just think it is interesting that it appears on the wiki page. I also have not seen Shannon on GHI recently.
