Ok. Aside from Garak's wet dream, where's the sexism?

Garak's post is the most blatantly obvious, but the tone is there throughout the thread.

Where's the "she's inferior because she's a woman" or "she can't do the job because she's a woman" angle?

Neither one is evident in the thread. But, they don't have to be in order for the commentary to be sexist.
