Just coming up on the end of week one.
I am very sore. Hungry all the time. Uncharacteristically irritable. I have rapidly shed weight like it's my job -- and because I work a ton, I've have to get up at 5:30am to do the workouts (and plan to until I finish all 90 days).
I am doing a very similar diet to what they recommend with the program.
Has anyone done this before? It's definitely fun, but I already miss IPAs and cheeseburgers
