Statistically some of you must also be using Outlook 2003. I tried searching the interwebs proper to find the solution to this problem but couldn't find anything. Maybe I can tap into the TrekBBS for technical support.
When copy/pasting text from one email to the other in Outlook 2003, is there anyway to have it NOT copy the font information along with the text? It's extremely annoying to copy from an email in say Calibri into an email using Arial font, and to have the Calibri font copy as well. In fact the mind boggles why this is the default feature at all- there's no practical reason I can think of that you'd want to mix different fonts in an email (unless your goal is to look absolutely ridiculous). The only way I've found around it is to copy/paste to Notepad first and THEN copy/paste to Outlook, but of course this is a waste of time and energy especially when you're doing a lot of copy/pasting.
Thanks for any help.
