Interesting article. I didn't realize the production schedule went so long. (Without even a car chase scene!)

 

[Bad Thoughts]

I was wary of holodeck episodes at the time. However, Our Man Bashir (along with Badda Bing Badda Bang) were used very effectively to comment on writing tropes and the structures of narrative. I still feel that both are on the cheesy side, but they do contribute more to the overall enjoyment of the entire series.
