Original series writers Guide - is it valuable?

Hi there,
I've just joined the forum and I'm a total newbie, so please be kind!
I'm just posting to ask if anyone has ever come across a 1967 Writers Guide to the original series before? I have one (inherited from my dad, who was a science fiction fan from the 1940s onwards and a Star Trek fan from the start) and I am thinking maybe its worth something? As I'm in need of the cash, maybe I should ebay it? It also has with it a copy of Gene Roddenberry's original "pitch" for the first pilot.
I'd be grateful for any information anyone could give me.

I bet that it's worth a lot if it's in good condition, the original pitch is probably worth tons too

The question is if it is really from 1967. This has been reprinted several times. You might want to post photos of it or have it examined closely before you try to sell it.

If it's from the set, and has handwritten margin notes and corrections, or perhaps a famous screenwriter's name inscribed on its dog-eared cover, it may be very valuable, but Lincoln Enterprises (as run by Majel Barrett) sold copies of these books by mail order - for well over three decades - to anyone filling out an order form in the catalogue.

Thanks for the replies.
I do know that the guide is definitely of its time, i.e. really from the 1960s and not a later copy, since it was discovered in a box in the attic full of my father's papers contemporary to that era that hadn't been touched since. However, there are no handwritten notes or corrections and my guess is that Dad mail-ordered it from the States, as he bought a lot of science fiction books like that, that he got shipped over. So my guess is its probably worth something as a curiosity to someone who would like to read and own it, rather than as a valuable antique.
I think I'll stick it on ebay and see if anyone would like it.

If anyone is interested, this is the link to the item on ebay, where you can see photos. I have described the item as rare as after much researching on the internet generally and via ebay, I haven't come across any others mentioned or for sale/sold.
