Original Enterprise and Enterprise-E - white or grey?

I was in a sci-fi memorabilia store that other day and saw the Art Asylum models for the original Enterprise and Enterprise-E. Both looked really cool and I was tempted to buy. My question is; what colour were these two ships? I always thought the original Ent (TOS) was white and the Ent-E was greyish. Well according to Art Asylum the were the other way round. I don't have any pics of the models but if anyone does could you please post.

Yes, it's gray.

The E-E is white with lots of silly colred paneling.

I saw the E-e in person at ILM during FC, and it was definitely white, even when the stage lights weren't turned on it and hitting it.
