Original Buster Crabbe Flash Gordon serial on Hulu

It's great, maybe the best serial that they ever made. Full of imagination and pretty good production values (for a serial).

I watched the first part the other night after finding it was there, it was a real hoot. :D

Great memories of watching this (and Buck Rogers, King of the Rocket Men etc) in the mornings during the summer school holidays. So nice that when they had the 80s Buck Rogers they gave Crabbe a cameo as spacefighter pilot

What a shame I'm not there to see it. I haven't seen this since it was broadcast over here back in the seventies...

Thanks for the link, I never ever would have thought to have searched for that. I've always been curious about that show.

Just so people know this is the theatrical serial, not the TV show. Or did they show the serials on TV?

I watched the first "Chapter" last night, and I loved it. It's just alot of goofy cheesy fun.

Just in case anybody's interested, all three serials are available on DVD packaged together. I found them at Best Buy a couple of years back, and I don't remember, but I couldn't have paid more than $29.99 for it. That set is also available on Amazon.
