So Masoli steals a couple of laptops and and a guitar and is benched for the year. James chokes out his ex-girlfriend, and gets a one game suspension. Beard gets himself injured in a fight, and he gets suspended for one game.

Strange stuff. Although I guess Masoli is a repeat offender, and lied to the coach about the incident. I wonder why Masoli would rob a frat house? What a stupid thing to do.

Masoli should know that season-long suspensions don't stick at Oregon. If the new QB struggles or if it looks like Oregon has a shot to win the conference, he'll be back.
