Opinions on Titan series?

I have seen these books out on Amazon.com, but was wondering if anyone knows if they will be put into audiobook format.

Also, has anyone gotten the Kindle thingie that Amazon is pushing? Is it any good? I just can't see spending that kind of money on a device that is only good for one thing.

I don't have one yet but plan on getting one before the year's over. That thing is awesome.

For many, many years, Simon & Schuster Audioworks' audio abridgment selections have been simultaneous releases with the hardcover novels. "Captain's Glory" was the last one. They seem to have withdrawn from the market. If they haven't adapted the first four Titan MMPBs - and they haven't - then those won't be adapted by S&SA.

Another company, Recorded Books, have started selecting certain ST books for unabridged audios, and these have turned up a long time after the matching hardcovers.

"Vulcan's Soul, Book 1: Exodus" by Josepha Sherman and Susan Shwartz, read by Richard Poe, Recorded Books, 2004, 510 min. (Hardcover.)

"Vulcan's Soul, Book 2: Exiles" by Josepha Sherman and Susan Shwartz, read by Richard Poe, Recorded Books, 2006, 630 min. (Hardcover.)

"Vulcan's Soul, Book 3: Epiphany" by Josepha Sherman and Susan Shwartz, read by Richard Poe, Recorded Books, 2007, 694 min. (Hardcover.)
