Yes, consider HAARP. You should consider taking a trip there. You'll be surprised to find that instead of sinister government agents, you'll find mostly college students, and during the summer, kids from summer camp taking a tour of the facility. Yep, that's right, Cobra's Weather Dominator is open to the public and schoolkids and not a top secret facility at all. It's not that impressive, unless you consider a glorified antenna farm a sight to behold. The surrounding countryside in Alaska is far more impressive. If any conspiracy theorist wanted to uncover its secrets, they could simply visit it and see for themselves, but that would require intelligence, effort, and intellectual honesty; qualities they lack.
