Ok, so I have been experimenting with mspaint to modify photos of myself into cartoon composites. I seem to have a better view when they are smaller. Screen resolution on small devices has more pixels? Would this image get larger or smaller on a handheld? I don't have a smart phone, but... is it terrible to just take my camera resolution and do the MSPaint method, now that they added a blend tool in the brushes now?
