O'Neills one-liners

I would imagine that to work with RD Anderson one would to have to be a fairly good actor to handle his one-liners and comical anecdotes. Anyway I was just wondering if there were any episodes where if you watched hard enough you could see someone, maybe Tapping, Shanks etc, either break character and crack a smile or start to show them about to burst into laughter but the camera pans away at the right moment.

I do know about the blooper (maybe the only one made public) that shows us Crater and O'Neill trapped in Antartica with the other Gate and Tapping bursts out with the McGuyver line but I've always wondered if there any more scenes like this?

Any thoughts?

I seem to remember for "Full Circle" (I think it was stated in the audio commentary) that RDA's "Well, spank me rosey" line was improved, and the other 3 actors could barely hang on for the rest of the take. But it's been a while since I listened to the commentary, so that may not be entirely correct.
