One thing you'd change for Game of Thrones season 2?

Okay after seeing season 1, what is the one thing you'd change for season 2?

For me: Cersei. Recast, or sort her out. Reading Clash of Kings right now pretty much all the characters blend so well with the actors that have been cast. Apart from Cersei. And I had the same opinion for Game of Thrones - she just doesn't reflect at all the book.

Cersei needs to come across as way more devious, manipulative, impulsive.

What keeps stoking my opinion is watching Camelot. Eva Green in that - now she's Cersei to me. Just this undercurrent of danger and treachery.

I just don't see how Lena Headey is going to deliver what is required in Clash of Kings.

What'd be your one thing to fix?

Less sexposition. C'mon, we've already seen everything there is to see of Esme Bianco, several times.

On a more serious note - I'd like it to look more epic. I understand the limitations of a budget of a TV series, but some more extras for big scenes like Daenerys' wedding in the pilot episode or for Robert's hunt scene will make the show better.

Yes.. that's about it. I know you can't do LotR epic battles with a TV budget (much less on an untried and unproven TV property) but just showing us the aftermath of a battle with Jaime Lannister captured is a bit underwhelming.

Personally i'd not change much.. as long as there's awesome Tyrion Lannister scenes i'm in :techman:

Well, there's part of me who feels Kit Harrington and Richard Madden should have been swapped as Jon Snow and Robb Stark respectively. Madden just seems to have more charisma than Harrington, which is like the inverse of the books.

Well, since in the books, we generally don't see the huge battles in the Riverlands, just the aftermath, I have no problems. I will have a problem if the Battle of Blackwater was anything less at least two episodes.

Haven't read the books, but frankly I don't know how Headley could be any more nasty or detestable than she's been so far on the series. It couldn't be further from the warm and nurturing presence she had on Terminator.
