Ollie's has Trek XI Stuff, Is it worth buying?

I have been collecting Trek stuff since the 60s. A local discount chain Ollie's has collectable dolls and Enterprise models, etc for sale at about 1/2 of their original retail price. I bought some stuff to put in the collection, but I was wondering if it would be worth picking some of it up for Ebay. Does anyone have a feel on where prices are for those collectibles. It seems to me they aren't moving all that well. Any info would be appreciated.

I just bought a couple of the six inch dolls from Ollie's in PA for $2.99 each. There's also a store called Christmas Tree Shops in York that has them for $5.00. Honestly, I wouldn't try to buy and resell Star Trek XI stuff right now. Unless people need a Uhura (she's hard to find) or another certain character for their own collection, they probably won't buy it. There's so much of that merchandise, and there are (and have been) so many people buying Trek items to resell that they tend to move slowly, if at all.

If you want to sell on ebay, you might have more luck putting some stuff together in a lot. But since you can buy all this stuff for cheap in discount stores, now might not be the best time to resell.

As someone who sells pretty regularly on ebay, i suggest you check completed auctions on ebay for some of the items this Ollie's is offering. If you don't know how to do that, feel free to PM me and i'll walk you through it. Right now though, ebay is pretty much a vast wasteland (summer usually is).
