Old NYC Photo

Hi, all...

I thought I'd share this, just because, lol... I was going through my old NYC photos, and this particular photo always stands out as one of my favorites, simply because of the atmosphere it conveys...

I took this at Rockefeller Center as night fell, and it was raining. The smell and smoke from the food carts was everywhere, and intermixed with the lights and the rain, it was just awesome. And every time I look at this photo, I can't help but get a "Thomas Kinkade" vibe from it... something about it just has that feel, IMO. So, I took it into Photoshop, did some tweaking, and this was my result...

If anybody likes this, cool, lol... I am considering doing some Photoshop stuff to some of my other NYC photos, and if I do, I'll post them here as well.

You call it an "old" photo, but it looks fairly recent to me. Just how old is it?

By the way, I like it.

Regardless of its age, it's still a very nice picture  Nothing beats NYC during Christmas time, I love everything about it.

So say we all! I absolutely love NYC, especially in Christmas time. Well, here's my latest Photoshop work... some lighting effects to the statue of Atlas at Rockefeller Center...
