OK, guys...Anybody seen 'Pretty Baby'?

When I was debating what really makes Star Trek 'Trek' with other posters, I found this movie starring Brooke Shields and Susan Sarandon.

Honestly, I haven't seen it yet. But I've seen some screen grabs. Reminds me of David Hamilton's photographic work.

Really? I thought it was quite good. It has a rather languid pace but that fits the time and place.

There are some nicely erotic moments, but I found those to be offset by a real sense of the degradation experienced in "the life." It's far from being just a mindless T&A movie. If you're looking for a serious movie with occasional shots of beautiful women, I recommend it. If you're just a horndog, you probably won't want to bother.
