Maybe I just didn't notice this before, but the navigational controls of the official movie website seems to have been upgraded when you click on "Enter Site" on the home page.

Yeah, that's what I noticed, too. Maybe these are from the 24th century portion of the movie? That would be neat.

Hmmm maybe but I tend to doubt it. There's a brief glimpse of it in the trailer and I'm pretty sure I see Kirk & co. running down it.

Hm, now that I look at it again, you might be right. They share many similarities. But notice how in the trailer the segments form a circle, while in the images from the official site they are polygonal. Maybe they are the corridors from the Kelvin or another part of the Enterprise. We'll see.

^^ I have a feeling that the answer will be that the Enterprise's corridors in the film have curved edges, while the ones on the website are polygonal...

...and there IS no in-universe explanation for this. The website and the movie set are simply inconsistent with each other.
