Odyssey a new sci-fi series is beginning its Kickstarter Campaign September 8, 2012 to raise funds for its pilot episode. Odyssey stars Manu Intiraymi, Star Trek: Voyager's Icheb as the young Captain of the Odyssey IV, a starship from the Milky Way Galaxy sent to explore the distant and mysterious Andromeda Galaxy.

While in Andromeda discoveries are made, battles are fought, lives are changed and a destiny that effects two galaxies is revealed.

You might want to rethink that ship name, because it strays a little close to the title of Manny Coto's Odyssey 5 (and the namesake space shuttle Odyssey in that series' pilot).

Call the series "Ulysses" - it'd chronicle the voyages of Capt. Leo Bloom and his medical officer, Stephen Dedalus, on their voyages around the denizens of the black pool.
